Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Our Free Trial

Huru.ai provides a free trial period for new users. During the trial, you will have access to the full functionality of our platform. We strongly encourage you to use this trial to ensure our service meets your needs before purchasing a subscription, as we do not offer refunds once a payment has been made, except under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service and the availability of a free trial, we generally maintain a strict no-refund policy.

  • 2.1 Subscription and Renewal Payments: All payments for monthly or yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. This policy applies to both initial subscription payments and all subsequent renewal charges. Once a subscription fee has been processed, we will not provide any refunds, prorated or otherwise, except as stated in Section 2.3.
  • 2.2 General: There will be no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, plan downgrades, or for periods of inactivity while your subscription is active.
  • 2.3 Exception for Non-Usage: We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund for a subscription payment if the user has not conducted any mock interviews or used any of the platform’s core preparation features since the most recent charge was made. To be eligible for this exception, a refund request must be submitted to our support team at support@huru.ai within seven (7) days of the payment date. Eligibility will be determined by reviewing your account activity.

3. Cancellation Policy

You are in full control of your subscription and can cancel it at any time.

3.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription and prevent future billing, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Huru.ai account.
  2. Navigate to your Account or Billing page.
  3. Click on the “Manage Subscription” link.
  4. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

3.2 The Effect of Cancellation

  • To avoid being charged for your next subscription period, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date.
  • Please note that canceling your subscription does not generate a refund for the current billing period.
  • Cancellation prevents your subscription from automatically renewing. You will continue to have full access to the platform until the end of your current paid subscription term.
